Guides
Step-by-step help for every part of Reconstro — projects, money, teams, suppliers and project owners.
The full user guide Every feature, step by step, with a screenshot for each screen. In English.
- Create a project — Go to Projects → Create. Give it a name, pick a business and a currency, and save. Your project opens with Project details, where you track money, tasks, and reminders.
- Add a currency — Open Workspace → Currencies and add the currencies you work in. Set exchange rates under Exchange rates so amounts convert to your base currency.
- Track money — In a project's details, add a cash-in or cash-out. Classify a cash-out with an item and a cash-out type. Balances update per currency automatically.
- Tasks & reminders — Add tasks to plan work and assign them to staff. Reminders are private nudges just for you — set a due time and get notified.
- Manage businesses — Open Workspace → Businesses to add a company, office, or individual business. Choose where to use it and add its location.
- Manage zones — Zones are named areas inside a business. Open Workspace → Businesses, open a business, and add a zone there — optionally drawing its boundary on the map.
- Add staff — Invite team members under Workspace → Staff. Give each the permissions they need; they sign in with the code and password you set.
- Add a project owner — Project owners are who your projects are for. Add them under Project owners, then assign a project owner to a project to share progress.
- Suppliers — Track who you buy from under Suppliers. Record purchases and payments, and see each supplier's running balance.
- Your showcase — Enable Showcase for a business, then publish posts under My Showcase so buyers can find you in Discover.
- Discover — Browse businesses and posts by country and category in Discover. Search by name, feature, or place to find what you need.
- Estimate a cost — Build a cost estimate under Estimates. Add lines by hand or pick products from the marketplace, then apply markup, tax, and discounts.
- Personalize the app — Open Settings to switch language, toggle dark mode, adjust text size, and update your profile.
